Workers' Compensation Insurance

“As we pass our 7th year as part of the New Hampshiire Retail Association's workers' comp program, we have saved tens of thousands of dollars and could not be happier. If anyone is looking for a way to cut expenses, they should take a hard look at this program. Don’t underestimate the potential savings. Not only have we saved money monthly, but at the end of many years, we have received a substantial dividend.”

Workers' Compensation Insurance – The Association Members Workers' Compensation Trust is our self-funded workers’ compensation insurance program that was developed specifically for Retailers & Suppliers, Grocers & Suppliers, Restaurants, Hotel & Hospitality Trade, and Golf & Country Clubs.  Not all New Hampshire Retail Association members are eligible - it will depend on your loss history and the sic code your business is classified under.  This program offers you money saving rates, top notch loss control, as well as dividend payment potential.  Our Workers’ Comp Trust has over 500 hundred member businesses, with premium of over $3 million dollars. Since inception in 2004, we've paid back over $1 million in dividends.

“When you are making business decisions you must have a good confident understanding that you are making the right decision.  I really needed a resource to help me through this process.  Working with the New Hampshire Retail Association has truly been a great experience.  The support I received from them has been way over the top.”

"One of the treasures that the New Hampshire Retail Association has is their affiliation with MESCA Freight Services.  I didn’t realize that until 2008 when we started looking at how to tackle the complex issues of shipping, receiving and the constant rise in cost. I’m amazed and pleasantly surprised at the level of service, effectiveness and quality that MESCA has provided. They are always diligent and able to answer any questions at all times.  Certainly, being a member of the NH Retail Assoc is worth every penny!"

"It is imperative that Retail have a voice at the statehouse, as other industries do.  The New Hampshire Retail Association provides retail with the pathway that is necessary to communicate with our very large legislature.  The NH Retail Assoc provides valuable services to its members, but also allows its members to speak out on issues of importance, and funnels those thoughts and concerns to our elected leaders. Without the NH Retail Association, each retailer would have to independently attempt to reach out to our leaders, and that would be inefficient and certainly less impactful."

"I have used the New Hampshire Retail Association's credit card processing program since the very beginning when I opened my business in 1995.  I have found their program to be the best for rates, service, and consistency. Over the years I have been solicited by other services which may look good, but upon closer inspection none have offered the value that the NH Retail Association's does.”
